The Individual Training (IT) program deals with several factors: the background of the fellow, the research sub-domain and subject for which the researcher applied and the enrolment in the academia-industry joint research program.

Therefore, for each recruited researcher a Personal Career Development Plan (PCDP) was established under the coordination of the FAC. It will include the research plan with a detailed description (sub-project objectives, research methodology and approach, expected results), a schedule of personal training activities, specific activities of the fellow in INTERACT, including participation in workgroups, secondments, short visits, planned joint publications and a list of communication and dissemination activities to be undertaken by the ESR.
