The main goal of the INTERACT training program is to provide the Early-Stages Research (ESR) fellows with the knowledge, competences, abilities and skills to perform as high-level specialists either in academia or in industry, but also as Science and Technology (S&T) personnel in public bodies or governmental institutions. The program is divided into five interconnected training modules (TM) that encompass all the different aspects previously described and also meet the high standards of the academic institutions backing the project (UTCN and ULB). The focus-point of the training activities will occur during the five network-wide school events organized at each of the project partners and open to the research community.
